The Balcony System is designed specifically for balcony spaces, providing adjustable exterior shading while maintaining airflow and ventilation.
Large exterior dropshades are supported using heavy-duty spring mechanisms, allowing the fabric to remain tensioned in various positions.
This system is intended for sun and glare protection only. It is not suitable for rain or strong wind conditions, and the fabric should be retracted in such events.
Fabric Options
Standard fabric options include roller shade screen materials for solar control and heat reduction.
